Congress may not say “Yes” to the President’s proposal.  Airlines are concerned their passengers would buy fewer tickets.  As it is now after the passenger has toted the laptop and carry on luggage up to security, the traveler had spent approximately 20% of the ticket just on taxes and fees. Meanwhile it was noted unemployment close to 15%.  Washington needs to press harder to allow  “breaks” for our U.S. business economy to surge ahead within our borders.
